Enabling Touch ID for iTunes and App Store purchases is an easy process.
1. From the Home Screen of your iPhone, tap on Settings.

6. Enter your Apple ID Password and tap on Ok from the pop-up to enable Touch ID for iTunes and App Store purchases
Disable Touch ID for App Purchases
In case you do not like Touch ID being enabled for iTunes purchases, you can easily disable it by following the steps below.
1. Tap on Settings and tap on Touch ID & Passcode.
